Spring Update

Jamie finally got better, after a week of being sick and missing school. I got totally out of my routine and have not seen the gym in about two weeks. I am going on longer walks with the dog, so maybe that will help some. Kiera had her birthday on Easter this year, she was so excited that it fell on Easter Sunday, she felt very special. We were over at my sister's house for Easter and also did some birthday stuff then too. We had our own family birthday breakfast for her before we went to my sister's. She got lots of wonderful things, toys, clothing and a lovely jewlery box from her grandma. This past week has been busy with my mom's birthday and two days of lacrosse for Andrew. He had a game Thursday night, which was also my mom's b-day. He played goalie the whole time and did really well. He tries out for a travel team tomorrow, but luckily the coach of the travel team saw him play on Thursday. He also got his report card, all A's again. I think the school is way too easy for him, but maybe next year will be different when he can take more advanced classes. I am thinking that for high school he may attend a local private school that is a lot more tech savvy and has a lacrosse team. Since he wants to play in college he wants to play in high school too, which I think he will need. Tomorrow we head to see cousins for their birthday, can't believe they will be 5! Jamie will be the next little one with a birthday, he will be 4, time goes by too quickly. My mom and I are planning a trip to see her family in Florida, we are going to drive down and hope the kids can handle the long trip. We have been to Florida before in the car, but then we had a overnight stay, so this will be new driving straight through. I have ben working in the yard some, getting a few things planted. Soon the yard will be the way we want, but for now I am just taking my time with it. We still have not sold the other house, no looks either. I really need to sell this darn house, it just feels like such a waste to have to go over there and do all the yard work. Maybe with the end of the school year coming someone will buy it. If it doesn't get a look soon I may pull my hair out!
