I wanted to put these pictures of the kids up. Andrew had his first school social last week and he loved it! He went with friends and said he danced like a wild man. I have a feeling he is going to want to go to more socials in the future. I must admit it was a bit hard dropping off my 8 year old son for a school dance, but to see the look on his face when we got there it made it worth it. Andrew started indoor soccer last week. He is on the house team, meaning that his team is made up of boys that don't know each other. I am not all that thrilled with the facility we are going to. It is nice, but the money we spent for the soccer season is not getting us anything other than 8 games...no practices, no jerserys, no nothing. But Andrew is having fun, he did a great job playing goalie. He will start basketball after the first of the year at the YMCA and is excited about that. Then he will do baseball in the spring, his summer is going to be packed too with going to camp for a month and a trip to Maine and possibly the beach. Andrew got his report card and he got all 3s and 3*s, pretty much those are equivalent to B and B+, I think.
Not too much else is going on here. Pat is working on getting the basement done. Last night I wasn't much help as I was supposed to hold a wall up and it fell on the water heater and broke a pipe. Needless to say I am not going into the construction business anytime soon. Pat is hoping to get the basement done in time for Christmas. We are going to put a full bathroom down there, which will be nice when we have company...hint hint.
