Christmas Time Already

We have been busy here over the past few weeks. Thanksgiving was busy as my brother and his family came to town for the week. It was great to see them and we can't wait to meet their new little one in March. Kiera had a Thanksgiving feast at school and it went well. By the time we went to get food it was almost out! So we had more of a Thanksgiving snack. Andrew had a Thanksgiving treat which I was able to go to school and help out with. Hopefully I can do more with his class this year.
Pat's family came to visit us this past weekend, it was a busy house. Jamie was interested in watching Max and Sam, so that made it hard for him to nap or nurse since he didn't want to miss anything. Kiera enjoyed having Grandma and Papa around as she got lots of snuggle time with them both...she even got to snuggle with Uncle Mat!
The tree got put up and Andrew and Kiera were in charge of the decorating, so all the ornaments are in clumps and only about four feet high. They did a really good job with the tree! I finally got our wreath made for the front door, I made my first bow and it came out pretty well.
Kiera and I are looking forward to this weekend when we get to go see an ice show with friends. Next weekend is Pat's company party, then school will be out the following week just in time for Christmas. Andrew gets to go see his cousin this coming weekend for her first birthday, can't believe a year has gone by already.
I have been good and gotten allmy shopping done for the kids and actually got some stuff wrapped this past weekend. I got tons of Christmas goodies made and ready to ship out and got all the cards done and ready to address and mail out as well.
At the end of the month Pat and I will celebrate our 5th anniversary...it has gone by so quickly! Doesn't seem like 5 years has passed, but when we look back at all that has happened we have been a busy family for the past five years. We are going to celebrate by going out to dinner at one of my favorite spots and then just come home to relax.
It is going to be a busy month but we are ready for it!
