I would have taken a picture, but Jamie was too upset and I would have felt bad leaving him in the pantry while I got the camera. Kiera and Jamie were fighting over a toy(something that has begun between the two of them) so I put the toy on the top shelf of the pantry. Jamie saw me do this and decided he would climb the shelves and get the toy. Well during his climb he got distracted by the cans(he likes to stack them and knock them over) so he tried to crawl on the shelf to the cans. He got stuck. He couldn't figure out how to get back and there was no room to move forward, so he proceeded to scream until I got him out. It was very funny to see him stuck on the shelf. I figure if we don't get him a climbing wall he will climb what he can as he gets older.
I am also starting something new with him, daily rests in his room. Until now I have been laying with him on the couch until he falls asleep, which sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't. Well I have had a very rough few days and I need to break from the kids, so today at 2:30pm, it was rest time for both kids. I put Jame in his bed with som emilk, turned on Raffi, and off I went. He didn't cry while the music was on, only when it was over. So I had some time to clean the bathroom without him behind me getting into everything, and it was very nice. Kiera has been playing in her room quietly, which she needs after preschool. Hopefully tonight Jame will go down to bed somewhat easily, doubtful, but we shall see. I am also going to start putting him to bed earlier. Rightnow he goes to bed when we do, at about 9pm. Well tonight he willbe put in his room at 8pm. I have got to have some downtime at night and I don't get it when kids are up until 9pm. My mind is on the fritz, I think my hormones are going nutty, so I need to change the routine around here. It will be hard at first, but I am hoping it will get easier in a week or so. Wish me luck!

You may not believe this but, you are going to miss all this confusion and craziness. Time passes so very fast and then you look back and wonder...ummm, where did they go and how did they get so big so fast? Mine are all grown up (most of the time) but, there is one thing for sure; they will ALWAYS need their Momma.
Hang tough and stay the course.
