Well summer is almost over for us! Can't believe it is August 1st and school starts the end of the month for Andrew.....3rd grade! Wow how time flies....seems like he was just going to kindergarten. Andrew has been with his dad for the past few weeks and seems to be having a good time. Kiera is still the princess of the house....but she does miss her big brother. She has been playing really well in her room, as evident by the picture. Doesn't matter how much we clean it up, it always looks like this! Oh well, at least she knows where her stuff is. Jamie is growing like a weed. I know I say that every time, but he really is! We went to the doctor on the 17th of July and he weighed 13 lbs 15 oz. We went back the 27th and he weighed 14 lbs 8oz...so he is gaining about an ounce a day! He is my rolie polie baby! He is sleeping through the night these days, of course now that I say that he will be up tonight. Not too much else is going on here. It has been so hot that I have not dared to go out anywhere with the kids. Needless to say that has made us all a bit stir crazy. I am going to start some new craft this week, just to give me something to do...otherwise I will go nuts! The downstairs is painted and now all that is left is our bedroom and bathroom, and the half bath downstairs. Not in any rush to paint yet, maybe come winter I will.
