grass and a fence

we fianlly have some grass seed down in the front and the fence is going up in the backyard. the fence should be done today and then grass seed will be put down there as well....we are going to have one heck of a water bill! today i take andrew to meet his new teachers and get the layout of the school since we have never set foot in that place! we then get to go buy all the school supplies if target has them out yet....it seems to take a week to get them out out. i can't believe the kids start school on Tuesday! they will be in for three weeks and then they track out for three, so we will still have some summer time to head to the beach. their next track out time will be late October. Pat has been busy getting the basement somewhat usable. the storage unit we rented for my dad is totally stuffed and the storage room in the basement is stuffed as well. i have yet to get motivated to paint anything else, maybe when the kids are at school i can do the dining room. we are going to hold off on doing the master bathroom since we will be gutting it anyways no reason to waste my time painting it when we will change it later. so for now they are just white walls. andrew is ready to loose the 70s wallpaper in his bathroom, that will be a huge project and I would rather have a whole plan for each room before i start tearing things down. well the indians are restless, so i better go.....
