Ok, we all know that my husband is a HUGE UNC fan, and he has successfully passed in his love of the team to his children. Well, one of Pat's co-workers has a friend who is friends with Tyler H. of the b-ball team. Well, there needed to be some work done on a house that the players live in and Pat was told, so Pat quickly asked for a basketball to be signed and maybe some pics for the kids. This was all to happen Thursday night. So Pat calls his friend to see if he was able to get pics for the kids and his friend says hold on. The next voice to come on the radio is way deeper than his friends, it was a UNC b-ball player, don't ask me which one b/c I don't know.(sorry, I went to ASU and we don't get all crazy over sports).
So Pat, not wanting to come across as the big dorky fan he is, tells the kids to come over and tell the guy on the phone what they think of Duke. The kids starting yelling "Duke is Puke" and you can hear guys laughing in the background. The guy on the phone agreed with the kids. The next day we get the pictures you see posted. Kind of neat to have pics of the guys the kids were talking to when your kids were talking to them.
